Creamy Pasta Carbonara

My First Attempt In Cooking My Favorite Pasta:

I Gathered All the Recipe In my cookbooks and recipes in the www trying to perfect this recipe well based on how I want my carbonara sauce would be which is creamy and saucy. I don't recall the occasion but I think it's a bday of a family member. So, I tried it and then they LOVED it specially me!

And Now it's been a favorite request for all occasions.

I know I know that carbonara are supposed to be quite dry and doesn't call for too much sauce in it but hey... this is how I wanted it to be so I made it like this... somewhat untraditional! I know... But it's yummy.

Ingredients:

oil for sauteeing
butter
8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 k bacon, chopped
1/2 k ham, bite-sized
1 pork cube

butter
1 can mushroom
1 pork cube

Bechamel Sauce:
4 Tbsp Butter

4 Tbsp Flour
2 pack all purpose cream

2 can Cream of Mushroom
1-2 can evap milk (to make it extra creamy)
parmesan cheese

cheddar cheese
1 tsp nutmeg

Procedure:

Saute garlic in oil and butter (1:1) then season it with a litlle amount of salt. Add bacon and ham then add pork cubes. Remove everything in the pan.

In the same pan, saute mushroom in butter and add pork cubes season with salt and pepper. add 1/2 cup of water and cover pan. cook mushroom for 15 minutes.

BECHAMEL SAUCE:

make a roux: cook butter and flour together in low heat till the mixture turn slightly brown about a minute. Slowly add all-purpose cream, cream of mushroom and evaporated milk and season it with nutmeg Stirring continously. wait till it boils and add the meat and mushroom. and then add the cheese.

Pasta:

Just follow the directions on how to cook it. just remember to put a slob of butter on top of it to prevent pasta from sticking or wash it under running water.

**you may want to seperate a cup of chopped bacon and pan fry it till crisp and sprinkle it on top of your pasta.

**you may also use ground beef, chicken or tuna instead of ham and bacon.

Happy eating!!!
