Buchi

Ingredients:
1 c glutinous (sticky) rice flour
white sesame seeds
2 tbsp fine sugar
228g red-bean paste

Directions:
Divide bean paste into small portions.
Mix flour with sugar, add two cups of cold water. Knead into a soft dough, cover with a wet towel for 1/2 hour. Divide into small portions. Press each into a bowl shape.
Stuff them with bean paste and roll into balls.
Roll on sesame seeds so that each ball is covered evenly.
Fry in hot oil till golden-brown.
