Buttered Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 kilo large shrimps
1/2 cup butter
1 head of garlic, chopped
1/4 cup sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Saute the garlic in the butter.
Set aside half of the garlic for garnishing.
Add the sugar and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook until done.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with the remaining garlic.
Garnigh with lemon slice (optional)
