1 T. olive oil
4-8 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion, diced
1 pound chicken drummettes (or wings)
Ginger, sliced
1 C. sweet rice
1 C. calrose rice
3 C. chicken broth
2 C. hot water
1. Saute garlic, onion, and ginger in olive oil in a stock pot.
2. Add in chicken. Saute until browned.
3. Add chicken broth. Bring the broth to a boil.
4. Add sweet rice and rice (uncooked). Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add hot water. Reduce heat to a simmer. It's done once the rice is soft.
